Cary Green

Cary is the chairman of the Greenwin corporation, one of Canada’s largest privately-owned residential property management companies. Founded in 1948, their vision has been to build and manage communities that stand the test of time.

Cary oversees all of Greenwin's political liaisons, land development and property acquisitions while moving the company's corporate strategy forward. He has been instrumental in the development of over 10,000 purpose-built rental apartment suites, including affordable, non-profit and Toronto Community Housing units. 

Cary has been active on the boards of the Canadian Jewish Congress, Canada Israel  Committee, the Canadian Friends of Rambam Hospital, the Association for the Soldiers of Israel and the Israel Children's Centers. He served for 12 years as an advisor with Toronto's Southern Ontario Region of Salvation Army. He also dedicated four years to the Realizing the Dream Foundation working directly with Martin Luther King III. 

He is a dedicated and successful businessman, an involved member in the Jewish and local communities, as well as a philanthropist who puts morals above all else.

Craig J.Slama

Craig graduated from Carleton University in 1997 and has worked in the engineering profession since then. A licensed Professional Engineer in Ontario, Alberta, Manitoba, Michigan and Connecticut, Craig has worked in Ontario and in New York throughout his career.

Craig has been a partner with Jablonsky, Ast and Partners since 2007 and the majority of his design involves complex reinforcing concrete high-rise structures located throughout the City of Toronto. His design experience includes sports facilities, complex structural steel structures, numerous preengineered steel buildings and pre-engineered timber roof trusses. He has designed projects in buildings in several provinces across Canada and cellular installations on several buildings in the Tri-State area.

Craig has been a volunteer contributor to Ryerson University’s fourth year engineering students Capstone program for over a decade, and continues to also champion education and continued
learning within Jablonsky, Ast and Partners.

Craig’s responsibilities in the company involve design from the preliminary stages of conceptual design through the completed working drawings stage. He is strongly involved in development of  BIM and alternate technological solutions within our office. He also manages the inspection and field services department in our design office.

Ionathan Lazovski

Ionathan has a bachelors in Interior, Structure and Environmental Design as well as Complex Geometries and Algorithmic Desgin. He has a Masters in Integrated Design and is working on his PhD at the Technion University, where he also functions as a senior teaching fellow. He has years of experiences running the successful company ParaGroup and continues to work perilously to expand the companies reach. Ionathan is the founder of Structure Pal a revolutionary startup in the field of AI and civil engineering. Integrating AI and design technologies with the construction world has been Ionathan’s dream ever since the lack of such coordination became apparent to him. 

Ionathan is dedicated and hardworking which are essential character traits when running a new company. Ionathan believes that the construction industry has so much potential to save money and reduce waste and works tirelessly to reach these goals.
